Class will be happening on Tuesday and Thursday of this week, from 8pm-10pm.

As usual, warmup will take place from 8pm-8.30pm, with a view to an immediate start on the mats at 8.30.

Site downtime and Campus Power Cut 29th-30th August - 28/08/2009

Hi guys,

There is going to be a power out on the North Campus Tomorrow all day.. and the Computer Centre on the South Campus is going to be down for a good chunk of the day. And the CS department is going offline this evening until Monday Morning.

So Minds (and as a result, our website) might be down until then.

Also, the sports hall will be unavailable on Saturday, due to the powercut, so no training will take place....

R.I.P. Peter Salveta - 12/04/2009

At 1645, 12th April 2009, Peter Salveta (father of our own Antonio Salveta) passed away. He suffered a heart attack at his home.

His death has come as a surprise to both friends and family, and all who knew him are feeling the loss of a man who was often the life of the party and a source of strength for his family.

Classes resume as of this Tuesday (10/02/09) with Jiu Jitsu, and Thursday (12/02/09) with the remainder of the Personal Protection module.

Updates, Hoodies, etc. - 09/12/2008

NUIM Self Defence

As you may have guessed by now, there will be no further classes this semester. We're hoping that we'll be able to resume the Personal Protection course, and our other classes, when the next semester starts, and we'll keep you updated when we find out what's happening with the sports hall.

If you've ordered a hoodie or a t-shirt from us, can you please get in touch and confirm your order with us? We'll be doing our best to make sure that you can get them before the Christmas holid...
