I watched a movie a few days ago called Fatal Deviation.
It stars an Irish Kenpoka called James Bennett, an all-Irish cast, is filmed on location in Trim, Co. Meath...and even features Mikey from Boyzone!
In the same way that there are two things Germans should never make; wine and porn, Irish people should never make martial arts movies!
To quote another friend of mine, "It was so bad that it was great!"
The acting was terrible, the action sequences were a sham, even the film quality was more reminiscent of VHS! In short, if this was in Chinese or badly subtitled English, I'd have turned it off but it was in accents I recognised, in places I know, and generally just a little bit too fascinating...kind of like a slow-mo crash involving a school bus full of children and a gasoline tanker.
Get it, watch it, like it, love it.

| I heard about this. Clips from it were shown on "Blizzard of Odd" sometime ago. Looked shockingly bad in just those few clips.

I don't agree that Irish people should never make martial arts movies, all it takes is decent actors, good coriography, believable sets, decent funding  and any one of a number of recycled storylines.
