Righto, as a lot of you know already, Sensei Steve has recommended that we train in Drogheda as often as possible so myself and him have decided to move every second Monday class up there, depending on car availability on the part of Sideshow Gaz and another civic-minded club member who isn't on Mikado yet. Notice of Drogheda training will be given about one week prior so we can get car spaces sorted out and, obviously, car spaces will be given to high-grades in preference should there be a shortage.
In other news, and in an effort to improve the club's general level of speed and fitness, Sensei KMcD will be teaching a 90-minute slot at the start of class for the next while. This will sort out quite a few problems that we've all been having lately, namely:)i( Speed
)i( Mobility
)i( Fitness
)i( Flexibility
)i( Kicking This'll be coming into effect the Monday directly following the senior grading, which will be on 21st Feb.

yeah I was going to join KmcD's class anyway (right as soon as I actually start remembering to bring gear to college with me) but anyway peoples let me know what I'm meant to be doing and when and I'll let you know if I'll do it

Just so we're all clear, training's on in Maynooth this week from seven to ten.
The seven to half-eight will be taught by Sensei KMcD and beginners are more than welcome to attend (encouraged actually!)

| i think this is a gr8 idea i can't get enough of sensei steve and his steve-itsu!!!! has anyone got space in their car so i can go? i wouldn't mind training with sensei salveta a bit more often he really lights my fire!!! he's a great instuctor but not as good as sensei steve! anyone else agree?
