The Shootfighters MMA Club was founded by Ramunas in August 2007.


Ramunas, who hails from Rokiskis,Lithuania has had a long career in various martial arts. First started his training in Judo. After 3 years of Judo he progressed on to Kyokushin Karate. He supplemented his training with 2 years of TaeKwonDo, and he eventually moved on to Muay Thai. Between 2004 and 2006 he trained in the Karate Shidokan Federation in Jonava club "Javara".
