| Sarah's our lovely President, having ascended after spending last year as Secretary and time as PRO and Projects Officer. She's a fourth year Astrophysicst, which means that she's really, really busy but makes time to run the society anyway. |
| Vice-President :: | Thomas Kelly |
| Thomas is this year's Vice-President, which means that he gets to do all the jobs Sarah doesn't want to. He enjoys nothing more than taunting philosophers and creationists by poking holes in their arguments, so watch out for him at the weekly debates! |
| Secretary :: | Eilish Byrne |
| Eilish is a second year, and spent last year as Events Officer. She's usually very quiet, which means we forget about her in committee meetings and end up saying things we don't want minuted. Eilish also sends out the weekly emails to all the society members. |
| Treasurer :: | Alice Mooney |
| Alice is another second year, this time an Astrophysicst. She's the one who dishes out Astro2's money and minds the chequebook, so she's usually very popular when we want to buy wine for the meetings!

| P.R.O. :: | Ciara McManus |
| Ciara took over the PRO job for the second semester and spends her time (when her bonkers engineering timetable lets her) prettifing the campus with Astro2 posters. She's also responsible for theBig Bang newsletter. |
| Projects Officer :: | Marcus Beirne |
| Marcus came to Projects via P.R.O., and he's currently trying to get people and money to build a giant robot out of LEGO (or something like that, anyway). When he's not doing that, he tends to spend a lot of his time studying heavenly bodies...He's an Astrophysicst, I mean! |
| Events Officer :: | Kate Arthurs |
| Kate's in charge of organising all our trips and special events. So far, she's sent us to Armagh and there's rumours afoot of going to Rome! Yet another second year, she's well placed to take a higher position in the future. |
| Equipments Officer :: | Bart Busschots |
| One of the orignal Astro2 (or Astro-II) founding members, Bart's been here for ages compared to the rest of us. Infinetely knowledgable on all things to do with amateur astronomy, he's well suited to looking after Astro2's range of telescopes and binoculars. He's also the only one who really knows how to use the Big Department telescope! |

| Sinead minds Astro2's large bookcase of popular science and astronomy books. She knows a lot about what we have there, and is always trying to stir up interest in it! |
| Webmaster :: | Eoin Butler |
| Eoin's in charge of the website and writing all the stuff on it, which means he's me! He's also a former President, so his brain gets picked a lot to help organise things for the society. |
| First Year Rep :: | Mike Campion |
| An engineer we somehow ended up with, Mike helps the other committee members when they need it, as well as telling us what the first years want. They're the future of the society after all! |
